Shipping policy

We offer shipping within the United States. Please read the following to understand our processing times, delivery estimates, and conditions.


1) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

2) Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (see cart or checkout for eligibility).
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3) Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress.


4) Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
  • Shipping availability is limited to addresses within the contiguous United States.

5) Damages in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email returns@AquaLogicNT.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can process a replacement or refund.


6) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. AquaLogicNT is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
