Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains how to start a return, what’s eligible, and when refunds are issued.

1) Eligibility

• Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Items must be in original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals included.

2) Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

3) Starting a Return

Email returns@aqualogicnt.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization (if approved).

4) Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5) Exchanges & Damaged/Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

6) Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
