Aqualogic — Warranty

Guaranteed for life against faucet leaks/drips. CP/BN finishes covered 10 years. Hot tank covered 5 years. Electronics covered 3 years with registration—supported through Year 5 via the Aqualogic Service Program.

Faucet (when supplied by Aqualogic)

• Functional coverage: Limited Lifetime (parts) to the original homeowner on the faucet body & mechanicals (incl. valves/levers).
• Finish: 10-Year Limited on CP/Polished Chrome and BN/Brushed/Satin Nickel; 5-Year Limited on specialty/living finishes (as labeled).
• Electronic faucet components (carve-out): 3-Year Limited (parts) with registration on electronic valves/solenoids, sensors, control modules, and battery packs. (Electronics are excluded from the Lifetime functional coverage.)
• Lifetime free cartridge: If a drip/leak occurs, we mail a replacement cartridge free (parts) for as long as coverage applies.

Hot tank

• Tank: 5-Year Limited (parts) for defects in materials/workmanship.
• Tank electronics: 3-Year Limited (parts) with registration; factory support through Year 5 via the Aqualogic Service Program (approved filters on schedule + one annual descale with proof; ship-to-factory; return ground shipping covered). No labor/field service.

Other terms / exclusions (apply to all)

• Aqualogic may repair or replace at its election.
• Not covered: labor, removal, installation, incidental or consequential damages.
• Warranty void for improper installation, alteration, accident, misuse, or improper cleaning (including products with abrasives, ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol, or solvents).
• Proof of purchase required.
• Valid only for products purchased from authorized sellers.
• Compatibility: Use the specified (e.g., open-vent) faucet/tank pairing.

Claims & keeping coverage active

• Register within 60 days of purchase.
• Replace approved filters on schedule (keep receipts/subscription records) and descale annually (keep dated proof).
• For a claim, contact Support with serial number, proof of purchase, photos/video, and maintenance proof (for Year-4/5 electronics). We’ll ship warranted parts or issue an RMA for factory service (you ship to us; we return-ship).
