Warranty & returns

PureGrind™ includes a registration-backed 5-year limited parts warranty. AQUALOGIC NT accepts returns within 30 days of delivery when the disposal remains uninstalled and in its original packaging. Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.

PureGrind™ fits a standard 3-1/2-inch (88mm) kitchen sink drain opening and uses AQUALOGIC NT’s EZ-mount system for installation in standard U.S. sink setups. The Automatic Disposer Switch can mount through a standard 1-3/8-inch sink hole or through the countertop. The ADS uses a plug-in connection and requires no hardwiring. Confident DIY homeowners can complete many installations, while AQUALOGIC NT recommends a plumber for first-time installs.
